This is our second visit and Poppy is wonderful. nothing is too much trouble and the apartments are superb. real value for money. We would recommend them to anyone who wants to see the night life but be on the quieter side too as they are only a short stroll from the main lake area. Thanks Poppy for another great stay.

The apartment was absolutely great! It's near to one of the best beaches in Agios Nikolaos. And a seaview is amazing - you wake up every morning like in the faitytale.
The kitchen is really comfortable, you have almost everything you need.
Mrs Ioanna and Mr George are awesome, they are attentive and nice everyday:)

It was the second time that I stayed in this wonderful hotel, and, again, I felt very happy there. All the staff are very professional, efficient and anticipate your every need. The restaurants have a perfect choice of excellent food and first class service. Christopher, the maitre d'hotel, runs the restaurants with an eye for every detail – all the time. The hotel is close enough to Agios Nikolaos to get there for an evening out, in five minutes, yet far enough away to be far from the madding crowd.

We loved Villa Galini!
Our apartment was very nice with an individual style and the lovely canopy bed was very comfortable. The garden was full of flowers and you feel like in a little oasis out of town. The place is very peaceful and quiet and the lovely owners make it to a special place. The big swimming pool with his beautiful view over the landscape and the sea, invites for a nice refreshment on a hot summer day. Its really a beautiful place to spend some days and enjoy the beauty of crete.

The location is idillic, a short distsance from the town centre. A few paces and the clear warm sea is straight in front - the premisses is litterally on the waters edge. Restaurants are close by, but unfortunately several are closed in November (2013). The accommodation is very informal with very friendly management. Car parking and Internet access is no problem. If driving there is a reasonable direct route avoiding the town centre (where my sat-nav took me - not recommended!). The proprietor
