Nice and quiet location for having couple younger childen (3mo and 3yrs), no bigger roads/traffic/action nearby. Hotel staff were awesome and had a good personal touch. Totally exceeded all our expectations and our son's top moment was to get a lift to the airport with Kleinbus ;). The hotel is beautiful--it's in a fantastic location. The staff is veryfriendly and young. They are a lot of fun. The pool is beautiful, with agreat poolside bar. The community kitchen was very useful, too.alle beoordelingen »
If we have to find something, maybe good to make short paper for routines "how to" example should the keys be left to the reception and should the cleaning handled eg. that when keys are left at reception between 10-13, room will be automatically cleaned or should this requested etc. Honestly this wasn't problem at all but maybe some basic things and routines would be easiest to put in paper. Unfortunately, maid service is not good. Our room was not cleanedpromptly, and without actually seeking out the maid, we did not haveclean towels or sheets. Also, getting a ride to the port turned out tobe a bit of a fiasco, although the owner of the hotel did make sure torectify everything.
