Our stay at tropicana was extremely comfortable and relaxed. The staff was extremely friendly and although a pick up and drop to the jetty was not included, they were kind enough to do so since we had not arranged for transport when we got there. The receptionist was very friendly and helped us with the sight seeing as well as other things we required. Mina is amazing! She was waiting for us at the airport, gave a lift to the hotel, welcomed us offering a drink while she was giving us map and information about the best places of the island. We stayed only for one night but our experience with Germanos studios was great! Mr Germano was extremely kind and picked us up from the port when we arrived to the island. Later, since we were with our baby daughter in her push chair, he took us to the town and in the evening picked us up again and took us back to the studio. The owner was the loveliest and friendliest woman who picked us up from the port and dropped us off at the airport, with our room clean, in a good location and nice! Even though we didn't need her help much she sounds like she makes herself available 24/7 and goes above and beyond if you need help! -

The staff was exellent.The view from our room was very nice and although the hotel was in the center of the city, you did not hear any noise from outside.The thing i liked the most was the roof where you could enjoy your breakfast in the morning and your beer at night while having an amazing view of the town,the windmills and the old port. -
