  Excellent accomodation, rooms have a balcony with an amazing sea view. The house is quiet, ideal for a holiday for two. The rooms are neat, clean, air-conditioned. Ionassis a home owner,is a very friendly and nice guy. Near the house, a 5-minute walk away, there are two beautiful small pebble beach, surrounded by rocks.   George and Sia's House is very nice! The most beautiful building on the street. Very good location: near the beach, not far from the center of the beautiful town Neos Marmaras. The house is located on a hill, so you can get pleasure because of excellent sea views! The house is situated in a quiet place. So you can enjoy a nice quiet evening with a... wat mensen zeggen » glass of tasty Greek wine! The room that we've stayed was very nice:a comfortable king bed, equipped kitchen, hairdryer, iron, TV, air conditioner, s - George & Sia's House is a great place to stay if you prefer to relax in a calm area (with a great view over Paradisos Beach) but nevertheless just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Neos Marmaras. Sia makes you feel welcome from the moment of your arrival and provides for a great stay in a relaxing atmosphere (and a super-clean room). We really enjoyed our 10-day vacation in a sunny mid-september and highly recommend this place.

  Great house, great environment, people, who own it, are very friendly, helpful. Location of the house is 3 minutes by walk from the centre and 10 minutes from the Paradiso beach. We enjoyed our time there, and looking forward to go there again. - for us the location was ok, quiet and a pleasure stroll to the beach, mister Papatzikos and his wife ... wat mensen zeggen » really nice people

  It is a very nice hotel, located near the centre of Neos Marmaras. You can reach bars and shops in less than 2 minutes.The hotel is very clean and the family that owns it, is there to make sure you don't have any problems. Breakfast is delicious, tea and coffee also. I ate there the most delicious croissant in may life. I recommend the hotel if yo... wat mensen zeggen » u like to reach everything very quickly. The beach is 10 minutes away. - Hosts are just great. They do the job clearly out of passion. Breakfast just equaling 5 star hotel - and this for 5 Euro. We even felt embarrassed to get so much for so little money. Rooms are very stylish and one sees the great symbiosis between an old hotel under a great new stewardship. We loved the style, the location and basically the hotel as such. It is a 2 star hotel with 4 star service.
