  The Germanos studios are really really nice. They are run by the owners themselves, and from day one when we arrived to the day we left, these people were really really helpful. Our son got a pretty bad cold and we had to see a doctor. As we didn't speaka word of Greek, as soon as we mentioned to Georgios (the owner) that we needed to bring our s... wat mensen zeggen » on to the doctor, he called his wife and we went directly to the hospital, and then to a private doctor (and he did all the talk for us). Later on we - We stayed only for one night but our experience with Germanos studios was great! Mr Germano was extremely kind and picked us up from the port when we arrived to the island. Later, since we were with our baby daughter in her push chair, he took us to the town and in the evening picked us up again and took us back to the studio.   Mrs Marrietta is very very helpful. We really enjoy the staying in Mykonos. Room was good and comfortable. A big shared terrace have super nice sea view and windmills!!!! Even on Sunday all drugstores were closed, she was try - Marietta, the owner is just AMAZING. She couldn't do enough for us while we were there. She spent time with us on arrival and gave us a full briefing of the area with her recommendations and even walked us into Mykonos town to help us get our bearings.   We enjoyed our stay at Portobello Boutique Hotel tremendously. It is a classy hotel with a very contemporary feel, nestled a little away from the main town of Mykonos, barely 5 mins away from the quaint shops and little alleys. Although the room was a little tight, we appreciated how comfortable and cosy it was. The hotel is good value for money to Mykonian standards as you can expect that everything on Mykonos is 50% more expensive than everywhere else. The rooms are simple, yet very clean.   This hotel was absolutely gorgeous. It is a family-owned hotel and the young lady working the front desk was so helpful and wonderful to talk to!   The hotel stuff is very friendly and showed great hospitality. The guy, George, picked us from the airport and sent us to ferry port. he is super nice guy. We checked out earlier and left 2 bags with reception. we totally forgot about that even when we were waiting for the ferry.   Antonios (the owner) was very friendly and helpful. He picked me up from the airport, checked me in quickly, gave me a map of Mykonos and directions of where I wanted to go. He also gave me his mobile number and assured me that he was always contactable, in case he wasn't at the guest house if I needed him. When I left, he drove me back to the airport again, free of charge. Grea - Antonis the bloke who runs this place with his wife Andriani bought our ferry tickets beforehand, picked us up from the airport, then without us asking took us to the ferry port - right good bloke. We had a lovely room with cooking facilities and amazing views, (it was so good we sat and had our tea there instead of going out) it was all right clean and well run.
