This guesthouse is new, the rooms are big, very comfortable and well decorated. Beautiful view of the sea is seen from the big windows. The whole place is very clean and has a nice colourfull garden. The owners are friendly and wellcoming. The breakfast is huge!!! and contains handmade traditional dishes.

The setting was beautiful,and the view from the room and balcony included lush gardens and the sea. The design of the spacious room was elegant and warm, and the hospitality, including a hot drink and home made treats upon arrival, and a scrumptious breakfast, was outstanding. We stayed one night but we wanted to stay more. The hotel has very nice garden with vines all over. The rooms were basic but comfortable. The breakfast was good. The whole atmosphere is relaxing. The owner tried to help us as much as she could.

Very friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. Everyday a surprise! The bathroom of our 5 bed bedroom was a bit small and it had a bath *with bubbles! but no hook to hang the shower or shower curtain. But maybe this is typically Dutch, I don't know... Very nice views of the surounding and beautifull beaches nearby but you'll need a car. -

We did not notice that we booked room with no balcony, but owner gave us room with balcony without extra costs. Beatiful view, frendly and helpful staff, realy quiet place, ideal if you want to escape from people and enjou on the beach alone.

Located just above Agios Ioannis we had a good location to visit all the areas magical spots. Every day we received a tailored plan of where to go and what to do next. The room was comfy and clean and had a wonderful sea view. Breakfast is a joy with home made pastries and jams. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The surroundings are great, fresh air (no need to use the AC in the room), fresh water (crystal clear waters all over in Pelion), no mosquitos (against our expectation). The hosts are pleasant and helpful. We had no breakfast, so I will not comment that.
