First of all the hotel was beside the sea exactly on the beach. It offered free umbrellas and chairs and a bar service once more on the beach. The staff and owner were friendly helpful and always with a smile . The breakfast was more than ample and all other meals were home cooked on the premises. Vooral het hotelpersoneel was heel aardig. - Vriendelijke atmosfeer. Heel rustig gelegen en toch vlakbij levendige straat met restaurantjes, bars en winkeltjes. Prima hotel dat wij gebruikt hebben voor 1e overnachting na aankomst op vliegveld van Heraklion.

We had the most wonderful time at Antonis Rooms, the rooms are cheap, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the people that run the hotel are most friendly and warm. I would strongly recommend it for someone that wants a budget-friendly hotel with an easy access for visiting any place in Crete.

The place is in excellent condition. It is kept really clean and the daily service is excellent. It is very reasonably priced and although it is a bus journey to the town of Heraklion, the buses are many and on time. The beach is less than 5 min walk. -
The apartment was really nice, clean and the man at the reception was really kind and helpful.

The room was reasonably big, with a nice balcony (though not really a sea view). The kitchenette is very basic and we were much happier with the tavern at the hotel. The menu is basic but tasty and prices are fair.

I really liked the lady that ran the apartments..very friendly!!! Also it was "so" nice and peaceful! The pool and back yard was "so" nice for the kids and for us adults! They are just down the road from the main street where you find shopping, places to eat etc., plus the beach is right down the street and they also have nice beach bars and beaut
