It was clean. They waited for me even though i checked in at around 1 in the morning and arranged a pickup at the port (for a steep fee).
The staff was a bit indifferent, maybe he was shy? Although it wasn't crazily far from Fira, it wasn't a pleasant stroll either. I got a private room for the price of a 6-person dorm bed in a hostel, so why complain?.
