Staying at Falassarna Beach Hotel was an amazing experience, the hotel was very clean, the rooms were tided up every single day, the customer service was excellent and the definitely great value for money.
We also got a huge room which had so much space and also a nice kitchen where one can easily cook a meal if you want to.

The location is fantastic, at the end of the road in Falasarna close to lovely beach and also 2 km walk from 'Big Beach ' if you want to go there. You can also walk to Ancient Falassarna through the olive groves and this is worth a visit. the bus to Chania and Kastelli-Kissamos goes from outside the hotel.

We just love this hotel and its staff (owners and all other staff). To say that they are nice, kind, helpful, friendly - it is like say nothing. We felt there just like at home! Those was our 4-th time in Greece but first time we just cry at the end because we would like to stay longer (best would be forever :) ). Shortly that was our best holiday

What a wonderful experience. This family-owned & -operated hotel was just what we were looking for at the end of our honeymoon. After running around much of Turkey and Crete, our last few days of sun and sand here was just what the doctor ordered. While the balconies of the ocean view rooms face more of the opposite hotel (Molos Bay), there is still plenty of sea to be seen. A short walk from the beautiful beach of Falassarna and the perfect gateway into the mountains. The villa we stayed in was perfect - with all the necessary amenities, a large balcony with a beautiful view towards the sea. The friendliness of our hosts only made it better.

The beach is just 10 meters away from the rooms and it is beautiful and there are not that many people (usally just the guests at the hotel which weren't more than 30 and some locals). We have spent 6 beautiful days in Arodamos in October. The hosts are very hospitality and helpful. The breakfast was so great and what is most important the time of it is flexible as you wish.
Kissamos is the best base to visit Balos Lagoon (by Bicycles/Bike/Scooter and car - don't worry about the road it is not bad). Moreover you have to visit Elafonis by bus (2h) or by car (40 min). The bicycles are available all the time ( 1 MTB and 1 Trekking)

I have spent 14 wonderful days in Balos Beach. Studio was the best I have ever stayed, while on holidays. Very spacious, with kitchenette fully equipped, bedroom with dinning furniture and large balcony with amazing sea and pool view. You could have sea view even from your bed! There is also a TV set (but who needs a TV on holidays?) and internet

We had a really wonderful stay at balos beach resort. We had a fantastic studio apartment with sea view and right by the pool. The place is kept really well and very clean. Pool is excellent. The best part is that even when fully booked it doesn't seem crowded , its very peaceful and relaxing. Also its the closest hotel to balos beach which is outstanding!! The best beach in Crete. Staff were lovely and happy to assist. Make sure you have a car to get the most out of staying in this area.

Costas was fantastic at helping us out and the cleaner who came everyday was excellent and very friendly. The pool was a little chilly as we were there in early April but that didn't bother the kids!

We loved it. Katerina and Antonis, the owners, were great hosts. They were very helpful, friendly and diligent. The apartments are located in a very quiet area outside Kissamos. Having a car though is mandatory. If you have a car it is very easy to get from there to lovely beaches such as Balos and Falasarna as well as the village of Polirrinia which is definitely worth a visit.
