Giannis is extremely kind and welcoming, considering clients as his friends or in any case with a lot of professional consideration. I had a scooter accident all my travel long at Ios and he was really helpful and comprehensive, his sense of hospitality was precious and highly appreciable. Probably the most interesting place at Ios combining all aspects.
Set up of the room was nicely decorated with appealing colours of whites
and blues. Had a double bed, balcony, dresser. Walking distance to town,
bars and clubs, and two cafes for breakfast. Was quiet enough to sleep
tho. Bus stop is very close to go to the beach. Giannis picked us up and

Giannis was a great host he picked us up from the port and drove us back on our departure. Explained to us where to go in Ios and how to get around, he was so nice and helpful! Room was very comfortable and clean and the free wifi was great! Excellent location and great price. Would definitely stay here again :).
Yannis was very helpful and gave us a lift to the port when we were leaving. The room looked onto the main square with a bus stop yards away and the old town was just across the square. Room had everything we needed , good shower , air con.

Shower doesn't have a shower curtain, water goes everywhere, but not
a big deal.
We are about 40 years too old for Ios town at this time of year ! I would love to visit again outside the main season as we found it very noisy at night with people shouting and singing all night in the street. I am a light sleeper and I found it difficult to sleep.
