  This was a beautiful hotel. The view is magnificent! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are really nice and unique. They are very organized and professional and very friendly. Close to everthing but still not in the middle so you get some peace and quiet too! Takes about 3 minutes to walk up to the main street!   Everything about the hotel was excellent. Location, easily top 5 best views in the world. The infinity pool with the Caldera and Volcano behind is simply breathtaking. All of the staff were fantastic. Helpful, polite, they did everything they could to make us feel like royalty. Even little things like filling our room with candles and wine for our... wat mensen zeggen » anniversary. Their local knowledge was top notch and all of their recommendations were spot on. Thank you Cosmopolitan Suites, thank you for a truly - Wonderful view, the best location. Staff was really nice and kind, the manager Elina is a darling, always with a smiling face, and very helpful. We felt cared. It's a hotel who care for details, like the cel phone they gave us to contact them in case of need! Loved the champagne on arrival, the ipod on the room, the breakfast loking over the caldera.

  The staff at the Phillipion were fantastic! Great service from everyone from the front desk,pool/bar staff to the cleaning staff. Nothing was a problem and any questions or problems were dealt with quickly. Breakfast was included and had a great selection and choice. The FREE wifi was really great and the connection was fast and efficient. They ha... wat mensen zeggen » ve modems all over the hotel, there was never a problem connecting. Rooms are large and spacious, with great bathroom facilities. Body wash and shampo - Staff so welcoming and nothing too much trouble. Position a great balance between expense and closeness to all Thira and Oia.Rooms excellent with warm baconies with views. Front area rooftop has perfect sunset views without going to the exorbitant Oia. Awesome pool. Delicios breakfast. Free pickup. We cannot recommend highly enough.

  Hotel very clean and staff helpful. breakfast could be more interesting but plenty of choice. coffee dreadful would not bother offering it. pool fantastic and so clean. pool bar quite expensive but we found that all over santorini. bathroom quite old, showers would be better as the bath was quite high to get in and out and for someone old wou... wat mensen zeggen » ld be difficult. some works needs doing to update the hotel a little, we found the shutters in our bedroom did not close properly so if we had some w - Pretty good value for money. The hotel lacks the famous 'caldera view' (yet these views are available at less than 5 minutes walking distance) which saves a huge amount on the room rates. Decent rooms, including a bottle of wine ('with compliments') Nice pool & ditto garden

  The view and the swimming pool (unfortunately they close it at 7 pm) - Location was very good, large pool, and bar area were excellent. Good Breakfast was important as I have teenage boys.

  the hotel was clean, excellent location, great staff and very helpful, Breakfast was great, The resturant was excellent, I recommend this hotel - It was most comfortable place ever visited, I enjoyed seeing the sunset and seaside with fresh breeze.
