  The staff, especially the proprietress, were really helpful friendly and thoughtful. They all spoke good English. We immediately felt at home - among friends. Our room was pleasant, airy and had a view of the sea from its balcony. We made good use of the tiny whitewashed traffic free streets (well apart from the occasional motorbike or mule train) that we accessed from the - Would recommend this hotel. Eva, the hostess is a wonderfully friendly and helpful person. We didn't arrive until midnight, she left us a welcome note and instructions about the key. She went so far as to make us a take-away breakfast when we had to leave to catch the midnight ferry. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is meticulously clean, and the beds are the softest I've experienced in Greece so far. The pool area is as good as any luxury hotel, and the outdoor gardens are lovely.

  The lady that ran the hotel was lovely, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and clean. A sort of family-run feel for such a big hotel. If I came back to Athens, I'd definitely stay here again. - The rooms were beautiful and very close to Fira, less than 10 minute walk. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

  We stayed at Aigialos in the Voreas house for one night in July, and wished we could have stayed for longer. The view from our balcony was stunning, the house itself was beautifully furnished in a traditional fashion, with two bedrooms, two (small) bathrooms, a kitchenette and a living area. We had our dinner and breakfast served on the verandah... wat mensen zeggen » and couldn't have spent a more perfect last night in Greece. We overlooked the oldest church in Santorini and the house itself was part of the monas - A truly very nice hotel, where we enjoyed a lot our stay. I have read the reviews before booking but honestly the reality was even better.. We have been upgraded with a very fair amount of money and Yowakim and Nicolas were amazing helpful people there! Loveliest breakfast with an outstanding view (specially if u are I the upper levels of the hotel) Amazingly located in Fira.

  This was a beautiful hotel. The view is magnificent! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are really nice and unique. They are very organized and professional and very friendly. Close to everthing but still not in the middle so you get some peace and quiet too! Takes about 3 minutes to walk up to the main street!   Everything about the hotel was excellent. Location, easily top 5 best views in the world. The infinity pool with the Caldera and Volcano behind is simply breathtaking. All of the staff were fantastic. Helpful, polite, they did everything they could to make us feel like royalty. Even little things like filling our room with candles and wine for our... wat mensen zeggen » anniversary. Their local knowledge was top notch and all of their recommendations were spot on. Thank you Cosmopolitan Suites, thank you for a truly - Wonderful view, the best location. Staff was really nice and kind, the manager Elina is a darling, always with a smiling face, and very helpful. We felt cared. It's a hotel who care for details, like the cel phone they gave us to contact them in case of need! Loved the champagne on arrival, the ipod on the room, the breakfast loking over the caldera.

  Hotel very clean and staff helpful. breakfast could be more interesting but plenty of choice. coffee dreadful would not bother offering it. pool fantastic and so clean. pool bar quite expensive but we found that all over santorini. bathroom quite old, showers would be better as the bath was quite high to get in and out and for someone old wou... wat mensen zeggen » ld be difficult. some works needs doing to update the hotel a little, we found the shutters in our bedroom did not close properly so if we had some w - Pretty good value for money. The hotel lacks the famous 'caldera view' (yet these views are available at less than 5 minutes walking distance) which saves a huge amount on the room rates.   A fantastic hotel runs by a fantastic family. We were there for 4 nights with 3 teenagers. The children slept in an apartment-loft while my husband and I were in the windmill: very romantic and lovely. The pool area is wonderful, with nice sunbeds. A little walk to Fira centrum (15 mn) uphills... sweaty in the middle of the day but nice at night.... wat mensen zeggen » With a car or a ATV, it is easy to reach Oia (north) or Perivolos (south). From the pool area, turn around an be charmed by the beautiful view over F - The staff is wonderful and do all they can to accomodate their guests. They arranged for a rental car at a good price. The hotel is quite nice, quiet and very well kept. It has a beautiful pool area. The room was rather large and very comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. The breakfast is good and has a good number of choices. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from downtown Fira. The road is not heavily travelled by motorists but is a bit dark so preferable to bring a flashligh

  The view and the swimming pool (unfortunately they close it at 7 pm) - Location was very good, large pool, and bar area were excellent. Good Breakfast was important as I have teenage boys.

  the hotel was clean, excellent location, great staff and very helpful, Breakfast was great, The resturant was excellent, I recommend this hotel - It was most comfortable place ever visited, I enjoyed seeing the sunset and seaside with fresh breeze.
