The hotel is located on a beautiful quiet place with very easy access to the main road as well as the city center, the beach, supermarket and etc. It is family hotel and if you are looking for a peaceful and beautiful place, Hotel Saratnis is the place for you. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Next year I plan to come back again and that is the best indicator of what kind of vacation we had there.

More than satisfied with cleanliness and facilities, nice pool, beautiful ambiance... No complaints :) Recommendations for everyone looking for a nice place to stay in Chanioti. Great location, easy to reach to the beach and the main walking alleys. Perfect place for those traveling with car, as there are always options for car parking (unlike most of the village). The place is clean and peaceful, but the best thing about this place is for sure the staff (really kind and helpful). Very clean and tidy. Owners are nice persons with high level of hospitality. Sheets an towels was changed often and furniture is in good condition. The rooms are not hot even if they are in last floor which is not case with Nereides hotel, next to this one, we've stayed two years ago. Clean and tidy,many kitchen facilities in the room.Peaceful location with a nice and clean swimming pool.Close to the city center and to the main road.Recommandations for everyone looking for a nice place to stay in Chanioti. Easy to find, just at the main road. Beach, town center, supermarket just 5 min away. Friendly staff. The pool was good,clean rooms,functional Kitchen equipment. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Very clean. The only thing I did not liked about this place was the heat. They have a installed electricity saving system,so the AC does not work when you are not in the room. This makes the room temperature to get really high and uncomfortable for 10-20 minutes. WiFi is good, covered with 3 AP but it's charged and time limited. Should be free since hotel probably do not have big earnings on it. Today it's more valuable than swimming pool on seaside :). High charge for internet and also low speed. Rooms are a little small, and furniture not so great, but for 2 stars it's acceptable. My passport was kept at reception for the duration of our stay even though room was fully paid for prior to arrival via CC, sheets where stiff, no flat screen tv, under par for value for money. Having a shower wasn't relaxing and easy. A leaking drain pipe and a poor shower curtain are a few things to look into. They keep the passport all the period,wi-fi is not free, air conditioning useless, too more rules for reducing their costs. Air conditioning system is useless, blow on the bed. Hot small room. high charge for internet (2Euro/1hour, 4Euro/12 hours), charge for safe.
