The Villa was great. Our suite was really spacious and nicely furnished. The owner and her assistant were really nice giving us lots of tips for the area and recommending some great restaurants. As there are not many suites at the premises some days we had the pool to ourselves and the privacy was great. Breakfast was also excellent -

The staff without exception could not do enough to make our stay perfect. Our room was not what I expected and I was told they were fully booked. After 3 nights I checked on letsbookhotel.com and discovered they had a suite available and we were moved. I think it was a misunderstanding and they very kindly did not charge us for the upgrade. The hotel was two minutes walk to the beach and a lot of restaurants. We could walk to the old port area of Chania in under fifteen minutes.
The owner was very helpful in giving advice on what to see and how to get there. There were cooking facilities and a refrigerator in the room. We were always able to find free parking in the street outside. -
