  Lokatie - The staff was very helpful, the room was large, very comfortable and clean and they even provided with a temporary room to leave our luggage in and have a shower (after we checked out on the day of departure).   The staff was extremely nice. They booked a taxi to the airport for us for a very good price and they recommended us good restaurants and places to visit. The location of the hotel is also perfect, close to the city center but far away from the noise.   Marianna and George were extremely friendly and helpful during our three day stay. The family-run hotel is a traditionally restored from scratch old harbour house with modern high tech amenities. Despite the lack of sea view, staying in the hotel is very pleasant. Rooms are nice and traditionally decorated. The hotel is located in a quiet st - Absolutely exquisite. Room was beautifully designed, bed wonderfully comfortable, facilities excellent, a complete pleasure to be in. Breakfast was a rare treat with great food in lovely surroundings. Position of the hotel was perfect. Right in the heart of the old town so a few metres from the harbour, the shops and restaurants but an oasis of peace and comfort as soon as you stepped back inside the hotel.   The design of the hotel was simply stunning.. Facilities were just perfect... Fresh fruit & complimentary bottle of white wine on arrival... Was just The icing on the cake! Not to mention its a family run business by Yiannis & Elia... They were helpful in every way... A great bunch of people! For this boutique hotel the finest quality building materials are used to make a superb getaway from the busy hustle and bustle of old town Chania. Its with great care and style that the ancient Monastery has been restored and transformed to the little gem it is today.
