  The staff was amazing and were willing to accommodate all of our requests. The hotel was beautiful and extreme clean. It's location is perfect. It's in the heart of Old Town but far enough away from the waterfront so that it's not so loud at night. The breakfast was delicious. Wife had dental problem and Anastasia quickly arranged visit to her doctor, who was not expensive by North American standards. Superb location near port and old Venetian fort.   Nice wonderful hotel in a nice location but you need a car to get there. It was our last stop after islandhopping for a month in Greece. We were taking the flight back home from Chania the next day. I booked this hotel because it was close to the airport and it had a pool. The builidning is from the 90is but it is modernlooking with nice and clean... wat mensen zeggen » rooms. The pool is really nice and deep. The room was nice – we hade a trippleroom because the only had that available. We are four people – 2 adults - Close to City Center of Chania where you have plenty of restaurants and animation; very nice little hotel with large room in a very beautifull and green area with a hudge swimming pool. Perfect to go to the best beaches in west Creta but you will need to rent a car to give full potential to your holidays ! Staff is really super and trying to help you always !

  All the staff were very helpful and tried very hard to make our stay a stress free and relaxing break ,We liked it so much we stayed another three days ,The breakfasts were great value and the rooms clean and well maintained .We will certenly stay again . - Location was ok. Near a very small beach but still a 2o min walk to niceand big beach
