  Stayed here after having surgery in Ioannina before returning to my home elsewhere in Greece. The owners Kosta and Katina went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, it really felt like I was staying with family ! Cannot wait to go back, only next time it will be for holiday :-)

  Garden Villa is situated in a very good location in Perama area – so close to the city of Ioannina (5-10 minutes away with a car) and also away from the city noise with magnificent mountain view! Our hosts were extremely welcoming and really made us feel at home. Skype was also available if we wanted to contact family or friends. The location was perfect - close to shops, restaurants and only a short distance from Ioannina and the airport. Breakfast was plentiful with a good selection of foods.
