  The staff were excellent. The complimentary airport shuttle which guests had use of for drop off & pick up local villages, beaches & Tavernas. Great for us as we did not hire a car. There were some really lovely other gue - In my opinion the hotel is optimally positioned relative to the airport. On the one hand, it is far enough from airport so the sound of planes is not too annoying. On the other hand, the very kind staff is always ready to drive you to the airport - it takes only a few minutes.

  Vivian Studios is een mooi, goedkoop hotel gelegen in Ialysos net buiten Rhodos stad. Accomodatie en kamer is prima, wat je kunt verwachten voor de prijs, maar de ontvangst van Vivian maakt deze plek tot de plek die het is. Altijd gastvrij, altijd vriendelijk en altijd in voor een praatje met soms wat ouzo erbij. De liefde voor de gasten maakt dit... wat mensen zeggen » hotel zoveel beter dan vele andere hotels. - We had such a fantastic time at Vivian Studios. Vivian was so welcoming and friendly, and organised both our pick up and drop off at the airport, and also made sure we always had everything we wanted and gave us handy, useful advice. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, and the balcony was the ideal place to sit with a beer and relax as the sun went down. We can also highly recommend the nearby Filermos restaurant for authentic, tasty and affordable Greek food. Further to this, the hot - Perfect "home base" for travel around the island - with charm and wonderful staff! Each room is simply furnished, but with care and attention that gives the spaces delightful Greek charm. Vivian is wonderful, and always available to chat and give advice about our latest adventure plans :)

  We had an amazing time! Thodoris, the hotel owner, made us feel like home and was, except from a perfect hotelier, a great company! The rooms were cleaned every day. There is a bus station within a 5min walk. Also restaurants and supermarkets you can find in the near. There is a great beach/pool bar, around 200meters far. We arrived at noon and were originally given a double studio in the semi-basement, which is big but poorly ventilated. We talked to the owner and was soon changed into a triple on the ground floor, much better, with big windows and lovely patio. The owner treated us drinks and gave useful info on renting a car nearby. The location is great ,near the main road from the airport to Rodos town, and everything is within 5 min walking distanc

Compared to other hotels down in town Hillside is also a much more quite location to stay. Hillside is located about 12-16min walk from town. Two out of the 4 days we rented scooters so the distance from town to hotel wasn't a big deal. You can rent scooters for 20Euro a day. The money you save staying at Hillside vs. a - The staff at the hotel are amazing and they gives a warm and personal service for everyone, and they really took care of us all! From Jumped by car to places needed to build personalized menu meals. Acceptance active 24/7 and when we arrived at 12 at night there were people accept us. The food is good, we took half board-it says breakfast included and the option to choose between lunch or evening. It lay that sometimes we wanted to eat lunch and sometimes at night. Although the we arrived at night 2:00 PM, in airport we were meted by Mike, hotel owner and taken to a hotel. When we arrived in hotel, Mike offered the snacks and drinks, although it was about 3 PM of morning. Hotel are managed by family, and they have a farm in island, - Good location, very friendly staff. 24 hour bar, restaraunt, pool tables, music and internet access.   We found ourselves in Rhodes for business so we wanted something outside town. Lyristis was ideal, as we read nice comments and it was cheap as it was out of season. Perfect room, as needed with sat Tv, safebox, big balcony for having breakfast and dinner out. The owners were lovely, very kind and helped us giving details where to go and what to do during free time. Will stay again next week as - The owners are great, very friendly and helpful people. There is free wi-fi, nice pool, air-conditioning, minimarket on the spot, small kitchen spaces (so you can make breakfast easily). The localization of the hotel is perfect: it is 5 minutes' walk from the beach and restaurants/shops but at the same time far enough from the noise coming from many night clubs. There is silence for sleeping :) Also, Faliraki is a good starting place for trips to Rhodes town, Symi island, Lindos (there are chea
