Its location is very good for the best beach and safety in Rio area. The staff is so nice that you don't have to worry about anything though they cannot speak good English. We went to check in and there had been an issue with the booking as the hotel was overbooked. The rooms were very small, basic but had everything I need. It was clean. The saff were helpfull and kind all time. The hotel is near copacbana beach and very close to public transportation including metro. The breakfast was very good and delicious. This is a 4 star hotel. Do not expect luxry. I recommend this hotel anyone who has limited budget but looks for the best possible options and values

I found the staff to be approachable and helpful. The ocean view room was terrific - great view of Copacabana Beach. Plus, we allowed a late check out because our flight home left in the evening. In all, the experience was excellent. -

We had a large group of 6 (2 seniors and 2 children under 9) which made for some difficult logistics when traveling and the staff here made everything easy. Breakfast buffet was amazing and you can walk to the beach. Hotel provides umbrella and towels to chill on the beach for free. This is a great place to stay and will do it again. -

The hotel has been refurbished, is clean, comfortable and the staff and breakfast are great. It is close to shopping, restaurants and close to the beach. Most of the staff speak English. We had a spacious family suite with a terrace and beach view. Also, the a/c unit was quiet and the shower was good too.
