We walked through the revolving doors and were met by a lovely lady who greeted us by name and showed us the hotel and finally to our room.   Clean, tidy, comfortable, and very close to sights in London. Hotel Lily was easily accessible. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast room with plenty of staff to serve breakfast. There are of couple of lovely restaurants in the neighborhood, but you have to take a closer look at the menu before you enter, because prices are very different and high prices do not guarantee a good meal. The seating areas in the foyer were wonderfully relaxing, especially on a wet morning. It was so near the Metro and yet, so peaceful. Plenty of shops and cafes, nearby. Spotlessly clean, lovely bed and cosy and warm.

Booking know how extensively I stay in hotels and can honestly say this reception has been the best ever - The location was quite good. You can walk many different sides of the City just in at most 15-20 min. The room was large enough and well equipped for such a hotel.
