Excellent doesn't even cover my thoughts on this hotel, truly amazing in several ways....
I checked in after a long flight from the Middle East, pretty exhausted and ready for my bed. I was early (about 11am) and the genetlman who served me (i can't remember his name unfortunately -Chris/Phillip maybe) said that he would look to see if there was a room available for my early check in. To my great relief, not only was there a room available for me to check into straight away, but he said he woul. tutti gli commenti dei clienti »
I have planned the stay at the property in connection with attendance
wtm Event at ExCel Exhibition Centre which was amazingly near by located
- just 15 mins by dlr, and the access to "Stratford
International" dlr station was so close - only 2 mins walk. It was
great thing about this place along with other attractive points -
extraordinary polite and friendly staff, irreproachable cleanness and
order in room, large very comfortable bed, nice breakfasts. I could not
find any little negative mome.
While the location is 1/2 hr tube ride from central London, the underground and train station are both within a few minutes walk of the hotel. Situated right next door to the Westfield Mall in Stratford, this was very handy for shopping and quick meals at the food court or various restaurants within the mall. Directions to the hotel were difficult, and out taxi driver spent quite a long time trying to find the hotel entrance. Very comfy bedding, nice bath with plenty of HOT water! Electric w.
Staying at the Premier Inn was a perfect choice due to location and very reasonable parking facilities if travelling to London by car. We parked at the Westfield car park which charged £5 per night. In comparison to other paces this worked out to be very reasonable. The Premier inn team were great, very polite and friendly. Any needs or troubles we had were dealt with in a very professional and great manner. Overall would definitely consider coming back to same hotel for the next London trip!.
Very good value for London. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms; possibly the best breakfast buffet for under £10 in Greater London. OK - it is in Stratford, but Central Line tube will take you to the City in less than 15 minutes. Moreover, next to the hotel is Westfield Shopping Centre. I have often been in London and stayed in cramped tiny hotel rooms for which I paid more than £100. Now I discovered Premier Inn Stratford and will definitely consider it for my future trips to London.
My wife and I where at the Hotel for three nights 3rd-6th June 2013 we both loved the freshness of the hotel, the staff, pleasant and friendly very helpful, food excellent, and plenty of it, we especially liked the location, with the shopping mall on our door step, we also liked the tube/train station 2 minutes away and the escapism of leaving the big city to the calm of the hotel was absolutely brilliant, thanks for a great three days, kind regards Peter Old ( Plymouth ).
I really liked the location of this Premier Inn (I've stayed in quite a few so far). Very easy to reach, right near the Westfield shopping centre, which provides endless options both for eating and for shopping. Beautiful views of London from the rooms towards the stadium!
As for the hotel itself (in case you have never been in a Premier Inn), it is modern, clean and comfortable. A good value, overall.
The location was absolutely perfect as I was taking part in Ride London 100 the following day. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and the station is directly opposite the hotel. The rooms were clean and well sized, and all the staff were brilliant given that the hotel was being taken over by cyclists - plus they opened breakfast at 4am so we could get fuelled up before the event!.
Location was excellent for us, tube and train stations 5minute walk. 15min ride by tube into central London and it only cost us £21 for a day ticket off peak on the tube. Westfield shopping centre right next door. Parking just £5 for 24hrs. Breakfast is excellent really really good. Opposite the olympic park which was nice.
Service & staff were excellent; very accommodating with dietary needs at breakfast & dinner. A very relaxed atmosphere, very friendly throughout. Stayed for 4 nights during August, 2 adults/2 kids (15 & 9), and it was the most peaceful city hotel stay we've ever had. Will definitely be staying here again.
Convenience to major shopping centre and super markets giving wide range restaurant and food hall options. Easy access by train to London City. Price friendly compared to Central London prices. Staff attentiveness and response excellent. Overall of 9 hotels stayed in 8.5/10. Happy to stay again.
Great location.on minute from Westfield shopping - directions should be
easier on website -from Stratford Station just go through shopping
centre and look for Stratford International when you get it the far end
Spacious room Great shopping and part of Olympic park now open for walks
and a cafe.
very clean and comfortable. we liked the "long" breakfast and late signing out on our last day. Food good and we liked the self service/help yourself. Room was clean and tidied well every day. Value for money and location Ideal for getting there and going round London.
Friendly staff.
Clean but small rooms with very comfortable beds and very quiet.
Breakfast was very good.
Dinner was very good value for money.
Perfect location, shopping centre around the corner and public transport within 5 min walking distance.
Air conditioned.
I love Premiere Inn's because they look what a hotel room should be
in the uk. Great room layout and size. Cheap internet. Excellent
breakfast...very good value. This Premiere Inn was in Stratford next to
Westfield Mall so great for shopping and food options.
Service was top notch. When the internet was down the first day, they
even offered to refund me the entire internet bill for the week. The
place is very close to the Stratford station, shopping malls, and a big
grocery store. Location can't get any better.
Fantastic location, very convenient tube connection, virtually in the Westfield Shopping centre next to Stratford Olympic Park, nice view at the City, Canary Wharf and Olympic Park. Clean, small but nicely equiped rooms without luxury, very nice breakfast.
Extremely good value. Super friendly staff. Handy for shopping at Westfield and transportation to center ok if you go by tube. Avoid bus!
Very quite and comfortable rooms. Good view of the Olympic Areana, though area is under reconstruction right now.
The location was fantastic as we had travelled to London for shopping not realizing that we were literally staying at the Westfield shopping centre. Parking was easy, checking in was easy and would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone.
Everybody wants something central and somewhere quiet at the same time....look no further...completely silent, adhered to Westfield shopping complex, bang upon a train station, completely looking like a cocoon within a busy area. Best hotel ever.
The friendly staff (male on reception Nutashi? so nice)
Breakfast well organised, nice quality food and delicious coffee.
Housekeeper helpful in making up bed and supplying tea/coffee.
Room was spotless. Couldn't fault anything! Excellent value.
Beside a huge shopping mall with large 3-level food-court (from budget to expensive restaurants), near the train station, good breakfast, nice restaurant setting, very friendly / accommodating staff. The rooms are quiet and have a nice view.
Friendly staff, rooms were splendid, location above the biggest shopping mall of Europe, public transportation 24 hours a day! Breakfast was good, even as the dinner options were also good. First 30 minutes of wifi per day are free.
Super convenient for the Eurostar and the speedy train from Kings Cross to Stratford international. The hotel is literally right outside the station.
The receptionist was excellent.
The view from room 925 was wonderful!.
Staff fab, very helpful & friendly.
Breakfast: tasty & plenty.
Room: excellant , clean great size, well designed , simple but warm & comfy. Bed very comfy.
Amazing views & incredibly quiet. Loved it.
Staff really helpful. Loved spacious, spotless rooms and views across Olympic Park but most of all positioning to Westfield Shops, Restaurants etc Fabulous to be in such close proximity to such extensive facilities.
Very comfortable with large airy room. The third bed in the room was an actual bed and not a sofa bed. The staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. It was also lovely and quite which I did not expect in London.
Location is excellent for shopping as it is right inside Stratford Westfield mall. Great if you are travelling to Paris as there is a direct train to Stratford international station bound for Paris Gare du Nord.
The location is fantastic (tube is very close), all the staff were very kind, the room was clean. We had a wonderful time in London and the hotel was perfect! Next time we are going to stay in this hotel again.
the location and transport links were excellent. Its is an ideal base for the O2 and sight seeing in the city. The shopping mall is fantastic with plenty of restaurants if u don't fancy eating in the hotel.
We used this as a base for attending a funeral in London. We needed to change all family's clothes and staff were very helpful.
We all had breakfats which was value for money. Reception staff very helpful.
Conveniently located modern hotel within the Westfield shopping centre. Only a few mins walk from Stratford Underground. Lots of restaurants within a few minutes walk. Hotel clean and welcoming.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. The breakfast is excellent value especially if you are with children under 16 as they are free.
Nice helpful staff. Very good location, close to Stratford International and Stratford stations for trains and Tube. Clean and tidy in nice spacious room. Very nice view from our room.
Good value for the money.
Rooms are not very big, but they are clean and quiet.
Location very good, near Stratford International train and metro with good connections to visit London.
Very convenient location, high level of security, staff friendly and
knowledgeable. Comfortable, clean room, excellent value for money. Easy
parking in Westfield only £5 for 24 hours.
Clean, comfortable room. Great location....part of a gigantic mall with tons of stores and restaurants. The tube station really close made getting to central London extremely easy.
I enjoyed the clean warm comfortable room. Where I felt safe and happy in my high rise room. I loved the location. Perfect for a lover of shopping. Comforable for a lone traveler.
We loved how clean it was. Also easy to get to as travel by train. The breakfast was lovely and good value for money.Liked being so close to Westfield too.Had a lovely stay...
the bathroom was very spacious for disabled people and wheelchair users. the other parts of the hotel, bar and restaurant and proxomity to the shopping centre was excellent.
The staff were excellent, Jo handled a difficult situation perfectly and
with a smile on her face. Sorry I didn't get her surname, but she is
a credit to your company.
The staff where very helpful i was unwell and the called an ambullance to take me to hospital immediatly THANKS ALOT, the food was good, and the rooms clean. keep up.
Easy to get to from euston on the train or tube, friendly staff,
excellent breakfast and great for shopping as it is attached to the huge
Westfield shopping mall.
Well-situated hotel at the entrances to Stratford International Station and the Westfield Centre. Clean, modern and welcoming.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
The room in general
View from the room
Key card access
Only 4 rooms within the corridor rather than all rooms leading off one long corridor - felt more private.
Situated at the Olympic Park, so excellent connections into central London - parking at Westfield is only £5 per 24 hours - which makes it really attractive.
Friendly and helpful staff even when under pressure.
Good sized double room which very comfortable, large double bed.
Excellent value breakfast.
Quiet room.
not far from city centre - good connections with Underground (Jubilee Line) as well as Railway - Inside "structure" of a Shopping Mall- very good breakfast.
The best price in London, excellent restaurant, very friendly staff, close to a tube station. Next to the Westfield Mall. Room very clean and spacious.
Great location for westfield shops and tubes so easy to get into London. hotel great clean modern breakfast and bar also very good would def stay again.
Everything was at my satisfaction.
The quad room was a double bed, a twin bed and a roll away bed. While we did not ned the additional rollaway bed. they would not remove it, and this does make the room very crowded. The room sizes are the same just with additional beds added. No handtowels or washcloths are provided. It would have been nice to have a microwave. Very little clothes storage area.
If you arrive during the day and especially during the weekend, might be a bit annoying to reach it from the Stratford station, as you need to cross the whole shopping centre (the exit towards the hotel is near the Great Eastern Market).
The lifts were pretty slow, although I appreciate that was due to most of the hotel occupants attempting to use them to exit (with their bikes!) at the same time...
The room was a bit cramped because it was a double room but they put 2 extra beds in to accommodate our 2 teenagers and one of the beds was a put me up bed which was very uncomfortable.
Sorry, cant fault it.
Some maintenance issues; bed uncomfortable as springs prominent (had to add topper) and hair dryer not working properly. The in-house restaurant food pretty ordinary. Not enough tea bags or milk in the rooms(same issue in all PI places) but extra willingly given.
Hotel busy so we had a disabled access room which was spacious but had a
rather impersonal wet room as bathroom No fresh air -aircon Addons for
breakfast and wifi expensive.
Nothing it suited us well.
Check-in was a bit of a hassle
Rooms are just big enough for two adults. With more than two people the room would not be suitable.
Not enough storage space in rooms. Mainly open shelves to store your belongings.
3 large elevators but soooo slow otherwise a great hotel.
Nothing really. Our room was a bit warm, but we did not want to use the fan fpr air con since I´m a light sleeper.
All perfect.
No closet in the room that we stayed. No slippers provided.
-No toiletbrush in the bathroom
- Wifi costs 3 GBP per day, or 10 pounds per week. Not too bad, but could as well be free.
The bed was a little bit lumpy and smaller than the usual ones I've stayed in the premier inn.
no room service & no iron.
Food at restaurant was just ok. We were seduced by the mouthwatering pictures on the menu and surprised by how reasonably priced everything was including drinks. However overall it did disappoint. Its traditional Pub grub so shouldn't be too difficult to rectify. Could have been an off night for the Chef?.
The fire alarm went off just after 7am on Saturday morning, though as it was not constant and finished after 3 short bursts we thought it was a faulty smoke detector and did not immediately evacuate. It was not just us, a lot of people did not evacuate at first. Would it not be better to have a constant alarm that no one can mistake? Other than that, there was nothing to dislike.
Entrance to the hotel is located outside Stratford Westfield mall which is not easy to find.
Nothing.
Nothing.
Lack of shaver socket.
The room was very small but good enough for one night.
Having first received the message, that I four days before arrival, could come to the hotel with a large suitcase for storage, this was not possible after a second call to the desk? Had to drag the bag through London, to Southampton and back again.
Nothing.
Asked for a wake-up call that came 20 minutes late. Also ran out of toilet tissue because it wasn't replenished during the day. Had to wait 20-30 minutes before someone came with more.
I can't think of anything unlikeable about the hotel.
Bit noisey during the evening ie early hours not people noise but truck or machinery?.
1. the floor in the shower not suitable, the water kept overflowing out onto the main part of the bathroom floor which I had to dry up every time it was used. the main bed was very low down for wheelchair users. the temporary fold up bed was very uncomforable.
The air con didn't work in the two rooms we tried and it was a very
hot day. We were given a fan, full refund and a breakfast.
Geting to the hotel the first day was a big problem, we went round the building in a taxi several times. Needs proper signs leading to the hotel.
The only complaint would be the long wait to be seated for breakfast
when there was actually empty seats in the dining area..I Think they
were short staffed.
Hotel reception not on ground floor, causing an additional lift journey while trailing luggage around.
Only one bath and one small towel for 2 people.
Could only get coffee and machine snacks late evening.
First evening 7/8 young children running around, shouting, pushing and shoving in reception at 11.30 at night - not reprimanded by their parents or dealt with by reception. The second night a inebriated man causing trouble and breaking the snack machine so it couldn't be used and no other options for food.
Mini cab drivers had difficulty finding/getting to the hotel entrance.
Non opening window so had to rely on air conditioning to cool room.
Despite a notice in the bathroom saying towels would only get changed if left in the bath, ours were changed every day. However we only managed to get the right combination of one hand and one bath towel each on one night of our 4 night stay!.
