If you don't like - The staff were incredibly friendly. The Hotel is very well positioned with excellent links to public transport. We were using it for ease of access when going to West Ham for football and its about a 30 min walk. Excellent food outlets throughout Stratford. Very reasonable prices and large choice when using the Hotel bar. Breakfast very adequate (fresh fruit,cereal) before moving on to freshly cooked items which you can tell are all freshly prepared. Would recommend the cart and horses to anyone who enjoys getting away for the weekend and socialising with a few drinks and good music!

We didn't arrive till 12 midnight because or journey was delayed but the staff were there ready to check us in. Breakfast was basic but fine. I Will visit this hotel again when staying in London.
