Please note that Apartments Florence - Drago has no reception. When you arrive in Florence please call the property, using the number on the booking confirmation, in order to arrange key collection. Check-in takes place from 10:00 to 17:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. A surcharge applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Final cleaning is included. A cleaning fee only applies for guests who bring pets. A higher damage deposit will also be required for guests who bring pets. Check-in is possible until 24:00. Please note that for stays of 8 days or longer, electricity, water and gas are additional costs. Each is payable at the end of your stay according to consumption. The first set of bed linen and towels is provided on arrival. Extra changes are possible on request and at extra cost. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
