Puri Kelapa Garden Cottages - Foto
Cosa dice la gente
The hotel, with many rooms and a few cottages, is situated near the higlights and the mainstreet of Sanur, but is quiet and relaxed. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach and to lots of shops, laundry services, bars, warungs and restaurants (also MacDonald's). Outside the hotel, just near the entranceway, you can also find a very good restaurant. The hotelrooms are nicely decorated and clean, bathroom with hot water, a beautiful garden, a nice swimmingpool with sunbeds + cocktailbar and a nice open. tutti gli commenti dei clienti »
Puri Kelapa will be my hotel,of choice in Sanur from now on. Nothing is too much trouble, and the staff are warm, friendly and extremely generous people. The cottages are older style, but extremely comfortable, and the mature gardens are beautiful. There is a decent pool with a shallow end for children, and a small massage area attached to the pool. Come here if you want to experience Balinese hospitality and culture in a relaxed, unpretentious and safe environment. Beautiful!.
The pool and the grounds create a great enviroment that lead you to just relax and enjoy, speaking loud just makes you feel that would be out of place as the place is just peaceful. The location is ok since you are just 20 minutes away from Kuta if you want to have fun or see a more crowded beach, if not you are just 5 minutes walking distance away from Sanur beach. There is Wi-Fi in the rooms with a good speed (we stayed Oct 2013).
We stayed in a cottage in a very nice garden setting. The location is quiet but only 5 minutes from the beach down a quiet street. We hired the bikes ($3/ day) on a couple of days and road along the beach path and down the shopping restaurant street close to the hotel.
Location: convenient for beach, restaurants and shops. Setting: away
from main road; lovely lush gardens and also quiet. Price: very
affordable for the standard of accommodation. Breakfast: menu rather
than buffet, but very nice; well cooked American Breakfasts.
Exceeded my expectations, a lovely small place with beautiful gardens,
really comfy beds and very clean, nice breakfast and close to beach and
all ameneties. Restaurant good and cheap it's a shame that it
wasn't used more.
The gardens that the rooms are set within are beautiful. The pool is nice and all rooms are close to it. The room was clean and simple but comfortable. The beach is very near by as are shops, bars etc.
Traditional look, beautiful garden, nice and friendly stuff, close to the Sanur beach. Great place to stay if You plan sightseeing. Hotel is located just after all horrible traffic jams near Kuta.
Comfortable rooms nice Poland in aquiet location except for noise from temple,Breakfast was very god, We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again,Short walk to the beach,.
Very good for it's price- close to everything and 5 minutes to the beach. Hotel is very green, houses is old,but very clean and comfortable. Good swimming pool. Great staff.
Small and authentic hotel balinese stlye with tropical garden and
indonesian hospitality. They have a wall covered with vsiitors who come
back more than 5 times.
Location - easy to get to and close to the beach. Nice, clean, simple, budget & family friendly, decent pool, pretty gardens and no TV.
Good quiet accommodation, a few minutes walk from the beach. Nice swimming pool. Friendly staff, even at night ( we arrived round midnight).
Very good hotel, very private cottage-like rooms. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Good breakfast. Nice pool. Best stay in Bali for our holiday.
Good location, 2 mins walk from beach. Cottages set in lovely gardens with a great pool and bar to use. Good breakfast included.
great service nice clean rooms beautiful pool gorgeous gardens and very friendly staff would definitely stay again.
Pur Kelapa was very clean, the breakfast was very good. Staff ,friendly
and helpful. Close proximity to beach.
Very nice pool - big and clean, very quiet place (maybe cause of older
guests), 10 minutes walk to beach.
Great value. The location is nice, at most 5 minutes from the beach. The
rooms are clean and spacious.
Every ting about this place was very good access to beach
restaurants and all kinds of activites.
Very nice place, good location to visit both citycentre and beach. Ideal for relax or family.
clean, quite and close to everything, private gardens and pool area, child friendly.
Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Value for money. Great location. Mixture of guests.
The gardens are beautiful. The room was lovely and the pool area was good.
peacefull, quite, small resort with personal attention, nearby the beach.
the homely atmosphere and friendly staff.
The breakfast is absolutely delicious.
The gardens,close to beach,very quiet.
Great internet, great food.
Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Good location. 5 minutes walk to the beach.
The WI-FI connection is only at the reception and not very strong. From our room we had a better WI-FI connection from another hotel situated next to Puri Kelapa. Our hotelroom at the first floor was thin-walled and had no tv (for those who care). As a couple we felt a bit less attended by the staff, as most of their attention goes to families with children (of all ages).
No wifi in rooms, only in communal areas which made privacy difficult.
In order to take a hot shower it is needed to waste a big amount of water until it comes hot. The breaskfast is basic (tea or coffe and 3 pieces of fruit), if you feel like having more there is the menu to order and pay upon check-out.
It would have been nice to have a TV.
Too much light came into the room through the translucent window from the garden lights.
Hard pillows: these were changed on request, so they weren't a
problem for us. Breakfasts: The pancakes were very small and you only
get one per order. You can have more, but it's extra cost.
Full over long stay dutch people although friendly sort of took over the
place, not a problem for older travellers but younger ones might feel
out of place.
I'd not find the staff as friendly and helpful as we expected,They also forgot to pick us up from the airport as they got the time confused,.
Poor breakfast, too noisy near swimming pool. Sanur beach is very dirty!.
Nothing at those prices.
Some mold in the shower. Personnell knocking on the door at 8 o'clock for cleaning (?).
Only stayed one night before and early morning flight so didn't see enough to really comment.
My room had a internal door attached to the next room and I could
hear everything, like being in the same room with people next door.
All the people staying were elderly Dutch, hogged the pool. But thats
my problem.
Much better choose outside restaurants for lunch or dinner, and
breakfast was rather miserly - 4 little slice of friut, 2 egs, 1 toast,
jam, butter, bacon or indonesian set.
The wifi didn't work across the hotel compound and they didn't
seem in a hurry to get it fixed.
My bed was rock hard but they did change mattress next day. Much better. No tv or radio so not much to do but read.
if so, they rarely open the room in the back. So the room does not always smell clean. Since this is a simple resort we have solved the matter by ourselves.
and whenyou open the frontdoor at the same time problem is solved.
the fact that we couldn't stay longer!.
There's no tv inside the room.
A bit too expensive for what it offered.
bathroom wasn´t very clean.
I have been there with my friend from Amsterdam. Services are different when I stayed with my Jakarta friend.
Re do bedding please, a kettle doesn't cost much, paper thin towels are not pleasant, either is the fowl smelling tap water.
