Having arrived late on a ferry into Heraklion, we were warmly welcomed by Yannis into his hotel with pizza and beers. Hotel is well located and the manager was very helpful, almost like a personal concierge. Nice pool, free internet etc. Very clean, good breakfast. - The staff were very pleasant and helpful, even arranging an early breakfast for us when we were booked on a tour.

Superb breakfasts with lots of choice and extras like the small pancakes deep fried and served with honey and sesame seeds - delicious. Meals in the restaurant were fantastic, again with lots of extras and a new dessert to sample every day. The staff were very well trained, courteous and took the time to talk. We really liked our stay in this beautiful apartment with private pool. Everything was very clean. We had an own bbq, a fully equipped kitchen, nice spacious rooms. Everything is just perfect. Good location, away from the crowded city center but still close by ( 10 min by car). We would defenitely recommend this place to others.
