  Fantastic place. We were met at the port by Anthony and taken back after our 2 days. Beautiful room and kitchen area with stunning seaview. We were greeted by Anthony's wife and daughters and given small welcome gift. Clean rooms and bedding, towels etc. Well worth the extra to have breakfast.   The staff was amazing since the moment we landed at the airport. We were able to check in early, so about 1 hour after we landed Evangelia from the reception had organised beach chairs and lunch reservations in a marvelous beach/restaurant. - Very kind staff.   Tranquillità e panorama. - Magnificent view of caldera and sunsets, as described. Upon arrival were surprised to have a suite with fridge and cooking facilities instead of only a double room with extra cot as ordered. We arrived late in the evening but Leonidas (manager/owner) waited for us patiently with his sweetest smile and warmest welcome. The staff were very helpful and very polite. And will always greet you with a smile at any time of day or night. The whole place is spotless clean, and even before you ask, you have your fluffy and fresh towels everyday. We stayed in studi - I liked the hospitality of all staff working there but especially i loved Leonidas ( the owner). i enjoyed spending time by the pool with my friends drinking wines. in addition, one of the highlights of this hotel is the beds. everything is by coco mat and you enjoy sleeping....you just cant wake up and this is what holidays is all about!!! i recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a great relaxing time with either friends or family.

  Mr. Sigalas is a wonderful host! He picked us up at the port and drove us to the villa. He had us laughing and feeling like we were part of the family. His two daughters run the reception and they will arrange anything you need. They were able to set up rental cars, restaurant reservations, boat trips, whatever. They had only been open for 2 years when we stayed there, and Mr S - I liked everything. I have been to Santorini before and the overall standard of accommodation is high at every price level. It is highly competitive too. What makes the Sigal stick out is the unassuming nature of your hosts, all members of the same lovely family who are always cheerful and overtly helpful without straying into the poncey attendant type operation that Santorini seems to have sprouted in abundance. We made good use of the tiny whitewashed traffic free streets (well apart from the occasional motorbike or mule train) that we accessed from the - Would recommend this hotel. Eva, the hostess is a wonderfully friendly and helpful person. We didn't arrive until midnight, she left us a welcome note and instructions about the key. She went so far as to make us a take-away breakfast when we had to leave to catch the midnight ferry. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is meticulously clean, and the beds are the softest I've experienced in Greece so far. The pool area is as good as any luxury hotel, and the outdoor gardens are lovely.
