  Large, 2 bedroom apartment with balcony, 1.5 bath, pool very clean. Very quiet as there were few people there during our stay. Fairly close to drive to beaches. Housekeeping even washed our dishes and got clean towels every day. Short drive to grocery store to buy food and supplies. You definitely need a car for this location.

  We visited the hotel in May, therefore it was not overcrowded. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is clean and nice. Beautiful views. The food was good most of the times, tasty desserts and fresh salad. There was ice cream available at lunch/dinner time and at the bar.   Been there at the end of july for 2 days. The villa is well organized and fully equipped. The owner is very friendly, he offered to pick us up from souda to escort us the villa. Overall its a nice place to stay with friends or family at very reasonable price.

  I've came back from Royal Sun hotel few days ago. We spent there whole week, and if I will be ever back in Chania I will choose this same hotel one more time :). Hotel was nice, rooms were cleaned every day. View from hotel is great, you can see whole town center and the sea.
