Our clerk, Vee was superior. He thoroughly made sure everything was perfect for our stay and even worked with us when we needed to cancel a night last minute. Staff very good except for someone forgetting to be around to check me in when I arrived (at 19.45). Building contains company's offices so double check if arriving outside their hours. Only 7 minutes walk from Victoria line tube. Rooms seem spacious (always a plus with places also used for rentals). Well furnished on the whole.
