Very clean apartment. Very helpful staff and service was excellent. Location is next to Times Square with the MTR, shops and eateries within walking distance. The kitchenette is a plus and so is the self service laundry. Slippers and toiletries are provided. There is also a gym. -

Stayed at the hotel for two nights between the 12_14/8/13.
Initially I booked two rooms on letsbookhotel.com as we are a family with four
children and admittedly the website is extremely misleading. It stated

First I give the highest appreciation to the staff who are always helping guests, ranging from bringing my suitcase, redirect me to the check-in that is available, open lifts, explaining directions to points of interest, and find me a cab. As an Indonesian, I love to meet "Budi" who can explain me something in my mother language.
Secondly, I booked a superior king room and placed in room number 1006. Room is spacious, overlooking the Leighton street , very clean and well maintained.

100% guarantee that you will love it! It's cheap, fully facilitated, friendly stuff/people.
Wi-fi is the best! Since I live in Mainland China, for me it was luxury! No VPNs and super powerful speed!
You never feel alone there, there's a garden on a rooftop and a terrace on the 4th floor. Plus it's clean, a cleaning lady comes every day.
Oh, and they have huge bathrooms, with NO cockroaches, rats and stuff!

We had rooms on the top floor, they were very small, but presume they were single rooms as there was a glass sliding door to the toliet! Lovely, air conditioned, clean, well presented rooms - including a Jacuzzi on the balcony. 5 Mins walk from Causeway Bay, small street of friendly bars across the main road, not far from Hong Kong Stadium. -

I do not understand about the holding deposit being charged then I paid for the room on another charged slip n I have to wait for the hotel to refund me the deposit .....why do I need to have my money held up for a month ...previously the hotel just do a holding deposit n will tear the slip ...now they actually charged it to my credit card ....

Hotels in hong kong are generally tiny for this budget but this room was ok, double bed, shower and toilet next to each other and a sink + table. The location of the hotel is very convenient given the availability of choices within the budget. I upgraded to a Superior room for bigger space at a reasonable price, the room is spacious enough for two, and the size of the bath is expected for hotels in HK. I would say, I am very happy to stay at Butterfly Morrison at the price I paid for accommodation in Hong Kong.
