  La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. La proximité avec la plage, un petit village très animé avec de nombreux restaurants en bord de mer. Des grandes chambres et la possibilité de déjeuner sur le balcon (ce n'est pas le cas dans toutes les chambres). Très calme. - I love the location of this quaint little place - mountains on one side... ce que les gens disent » , beach on the other, and walking distance to all things that made me feel like a local resident (markets, bakery, restaurants, shops, church bells, etc). I have to mention Apostoli - the gentleman who owns and runs the place. He provided wonderful and professional service, even in his "uniform" of shorts and golden tan. He attended to every request with humour and courtesy. - We had a wonderful stay at this place in a very reasonable price. Apostoli, who runs this place, is super nice and friendly. He even provided us a free breakfast. Besides, Selianitika is a nice and beautiful seaside town. The location is two-hour accessible by car to every archaeological sites we wanted to explore during our off- season trip in Greece: Olympia, Epidavros, Mycenae, Ancient Corinth, Delphi, etc.
