The sea was near, nice, pebble beach but sand further on. Lovely for swimming and snorkeling. The beach wasn't too crowded in June. Nice walking distance to the village of Pythagoreion. Very nice pool area. Breakfast was nice, too, and lovely to eat outside.

The staff was very friendly and familiar and gave me suggestions about trips to do, restaurants to visit etc. The room had AC but I didn't need to use it once since I had a nice breeze from the ocean. Everything was great and I look forward to visiting Samaina Hotel and Pythagorio again. -
Petros the Manager was very friendly and helpful in all requests.His knowledge of the island and local tavernas and places to visit was good.
Ceiling fan and air conditioning made the room very comfortable in the heat.
Pythagoreion has excellent restaurants and bars surrounding the old port and a good selection of shops catering for every need.

Loved the friendly staff who greeted us warmly and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. They had a couple of rooms fitting our requirements and actually offered to show them to us so we could choose which we preferred. Also, the first place with excellent airconditioning which had a quiet/sleep speed so the fan was barely noticeable. A lot quieter than some of the other more expensive places we've stayed at. We liked the place!
The position it's very good, very closed to the centre and a perfect position coming from the airport!
The rooms are clean and quite big. Our room had a nice and small terrace with a nice view on the hills.
The owners are very kind and hospitable!
I will recommend this place for a short stay of a couple of days.

The owner's were a lovely couple, very helpful with advice about the sites, the bus times etc. the made me feel like part of the family without being intrusive. The room had a simple kitchen & fridge. The location was easy to find from the bus or airport, directly opposite the archeological museum.
