  Spacious, clean rooms. Excellent views. Very friendly and helpful staff. Toilet was separate from the bathroom which was nice. They also offer a laundry service at a very reasonable price, a large load for €10. Very handy to bus stop and a number of shops including a supermarket. Handy to Nice, Monaco, Eze village and more. - Very pretty and spotless hotel, with beautiful views over the bay. We had a quadrupal room, which I worried may be too small with two teenagers, but there was no need to worry as the room was very spacious and partitioned into 2 sleeping areas each with their own shower and toilet facilities. The hotel owners and staff were very friendly and helpful, giving maps and tips on how to get about in the best manner.

  The view is fantastic. There is a bus stop with -in 50 meters to Monte carlo and with-in 20 meters to nice. Nice is 10 minutes on a #100 bus-1 Euro and Monte Carlo is 15 minutes on #100 bus -1 Euro. We chose this place as it had free car parking and transport options and the reviews.
