The room was clean, new and really fresh. There was a fully functional kitchen with microwave oven, sink, coffeemaker etc...
The breakfast was also good with everything we needed.
The staff was friendly. We felt homey :)

Friendly staff, gaving a nice welcome, willing to help regarding trips within the city. Delicious breakfast with a good variety. Room was ok, not too small, however not really big. Room was clean. Good opportunities to storage stuff.

No smoking hotel located in the city center on the riverbank. Covered parking near the hotel for fee. We had no view of the river but very quiet standard double room. Good value for price.

I had one night at Chirstmas Eve in Dream Hostel and it was just like a dream staying over the night. there I met quite a lot interesting friends all over the world. Felt quite comfortable and happy.
And the service is warm and friendly especially a big box of chocolate as gift of Christmas for every guest~ -

Service and staff were very caring. Location was by the water and nice walking tracks. It was very quiet place. Apartment had full kitchen and was quite comfortable. It was good value for money (included free Wifi and cable TV) and within short bus trip to the city.

There was everything for comfort life (even sauna) in apartment, which was clean and quiet. Its not the first time I stayed at Norlandia, and I have to say every time I found the staff very accommodating, helpful and understanding. The hotel is right behind the Tampere University Hospital, thus a few mins walk to the bus stop from where you can travel in and around Tampere with ease. Everything was very nice, as described. Staff was very helpful: directing us to the laundry room to use the ironing facility, calling a cab etc. The room and bathroom were spacious, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is rich.
