I needed to give my kids a bath and there wasn't a stopper for the
bath tub. A lady came up with a new plug. She said that if it didn't
work they would let us use one of the whirlpool suites. She apolgized
and gave us $20 off the room. The plug did work. I have stayed at this
hotel a few times and everytime the staff has been very friendly and
very accomadating.
Able to bring 4 children and all stay comfortably in the same room! View of pool from room was great so we could relax while the older kids swam and we knew they were ok. Awesome breakfast staff!! The rooms were very spacious and clean. We really were impressed with the various amenities. The pools were great. We were traveling with twin toddlers and they had a kiddie pool, which was a big hit with us. The exercise room seemed nice. They also served a free and pretty extensive breakfast.
I liked the suite with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa. I booked two suites and the space was more than enough to accomodate my entrie family. The front desk and housekeeping staff go out of their way to help and make you feel comfortable.
The staff was very friendly. The breakfast person, Linda, was very nice and went out of her way to get things for us. Loved the wine and pizza on our first night there, and the wine the other nights. Very relaxing trip.
The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was plenty. My kids and I were there on a morning after a Paul McCartney concert and the staff kept the breakfast food replenished. Staff was excellent.
I pleased that 5 people could stay in the same suite. That is difficult to do with a family of 5. Thank you!!.

Our first room's fridge made a loud humming sound constantly. After a few hours it gave me a headache so we had to unplug it. The Kids were sleeping by then so the next day we asked to move. The second room had overwhelming chemical smell so we had to move to a third room. Front desk was annoyed but we just wanted a clean working room. Third room was fine and everything else was great.

Our room was not serviced one day. Came back and had only two towels and no toilet paper. There were four women.
The front desk person didn't know how to give directions to restaurants, besides the one that was in walking distance.
