Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was visiting my girlfriend and they were able to arrange a bouquet of flowers for me. Also the airport taxi service (15 Euro) is excellent and they arranged taxis for me when needed. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Minimum time of checking in, polite young stuff, comfortable rooms with an usual set of the hotel's room, breakfast on menu but was enough for me at least, so nothing special to mark as negative, I would say: just ordinary as promissed.

Fairly busy. I went in the winter time, and hot water bath was awsome. The water was very hot just the way it supposed to be. My room was roomy and comfortable with great lighting. Excellent, smiling staff !!!! Some with very good english. Cosy atmosphere, mostly good food, except one steak :). Very near to metro station and just 1 stop to city center. i like staff behaviours. and hotel has got good location!. Wifi connection is poor. Strange to see so many booklets of massage ads and envelope to leave the tip for cleaning lady - first time in my life!!!. Wi-fi signal is very weak in my room, virtually not getting it. I had to go to lobby to catch signal. Wi-Fi dd not work in room, had to use that in the lobby/restaurant. No lift and my fiancee has her foot in plaster - had to carry her up to 4th floor. 1) Buffet breakfast instead of continental 2) lack of curtain in the bathroom (in the standart improved). towels are little bit old.. there must be an electiric socket around the desk. Personnel hardly speak english Breakfast is just pancake or omlette. Not good if you have a room in side of spareparts workshop. Expensive and i think not 4 stars and must be just 3. i had a suite room but only the size of room is like a suite. the others things ( bahtroom, bed...) are not like a suite room! it is like a standart room! everything is same without size! i stayed a lot of times in suite room but it was the first time that i saw a suite room which is like a standart room! this hotels doesnt deserve 4 stars! it deserve 2 stars...
