  The staff were amazing.Friendly and very approachable. The rooms were cleaned on daily basis, new towels were placed in different forms every day. Bottle of water replenished as well. Breakfast was well presented and fresh ingredients used. Just chilling by the pool, give you feeling you are in a friend's house not in a hotel. We booked the wrong date and when we turned up a day early they did everything they could to accommodate us.   Well this hotel is by far one of the best you will find for the money in patong,its clean bright and the staff, wow all smiles wilng to do what ever you need. I was there for 15 days and smiles all around.   Very nice staff.Staff were amazing with kids. Very clean rooms. Window between bedroom-bathroom was good as you could watch kids bathing.Comfy Beds. Good pool chairs/loungers.
