I like very much the room, the bar and the terase, location, the staff. Probably the best hotel in Sandton. Location excellent. Internet free, parking free. Late check out at 4pm without exctra charge. Didnt like the fact that the trip booked via letsbookhotel.com could not be located in the Hotel's system, had to make a new booking direct with them. Maybe the two systems should be able to talk.

The room service staff was great as well as the receptionist that were dealing with my booking, It was a pleasant stay. room service - i wanted crackers instead of bread with my cheese board and this was sent immediately. Timely delivery of all meals. friendly helpful staff lovely rooms and great shower. Free wifi, free parking, complimentary water and tea/coffee Wayfarer lounge with showers, complimentary drinks and snacks to wait for the room to be ready and after checkout. position, room service, reception staff, quad of trees and the bird song, dinner in the restaurant, great staff in the restaurant great piece of fish, wifi, housekeepers. Loved the location and the service was impeccable!! I have stayed in many hotels globally and the Maslow ranks as one of the best, and also the food was exceptional. Pool, terrace, lounge for transit with shower, close to Mandela Square, great gym. Manager made special effort to accommodate our request for extra bed for child. The staff were very friendly and really looked after us. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely hotel which is bring and airy and very good value for money. Friendly service from all the employees especially Lindiwe at the Reception and a portuguese lady at the concierge. Excellent service. Very. The members of staff were courteous and service was excellent. Food was also very good and fresh. I loved the ambience, modern and chic!. I loved the hotel it was beautiful. I loved the free WiFi I loved attention to detail from Hotel Manager welcoming us. New and fresh. Staff super helpful and pleasant. Must make mention of Peterson who assisted us on Saturday night with drinks outside. Maybe the two systems should be able to talk. The shower door was difficult to open, we struggled before we could open the door. the rim of the sink was dirty so cleaning lacked attention to detail. Our room was unfortunately directly behind the lifts so there was a little noise from those during the night. foyer ... too cluttered nobody to show me around my room, room very small, doors all felt the wrong way around (push pull), shower didn't drain nicely, glass separation in shower, bar menu (all breadie), bar stools with no back, very expensive. Just one slight flaw. There was a problem with water leaking from the shower into the toilet and despite reporting it several times and also the front desk reporting it to maintenance, it was never resolved before I left. Porters too anxious to help with one bag I had that I could carry myself. The Machines at the reception would not read my credit cards. They changed the pricing of the room from what I had booked online. My room was too small. They also changed my room and gave me one overlooking rooftop!. Gym needs to be completed a few vital equipment pieces missing also either music or TV. Restaurant staff not as attentive and friendly as should at breakfast although there were so many available just a little of polish needed for breakfast service. Also they did not advise whether it was gourmet or buffet style or the costs. Should be linked to one of the many loyalty programmes. The check out time, 10am is a bit too early!. - Coffee maker in room did not work. - Business centre was closed more than it was open - Restaurant was expensive, even for Sandton. Nothing. No power point near a mirror for my wife to work her magic on!. Nothing. I think that the price should be include breakfast. Staff needs a little more exprerience which will come with time. Need to have more flexibility with small requests related to food service in the restaurants. The gym is small, the waiters are somewhat unprofessional- they are keep forgeting what u have been ordered. No iron in the rooms :-) Business trip therefore needed to press shirt after travel to the hotel. Reception, disconnected my Telephonline twice and have shown untrust just of this little cost involved!! I never came across such an experience and I travelled around the world. my room was cold and the pillows unfortable. The F&B staff were useless. Rooms could have been better cleaned!. The hotel had no reference of my booking with letsbookhotel.com. This was extremely disappointing!!!!. I was not impressed with the Lacuna restaurant at all. Ridiculous prices and the food was not that nice. The discription for the food on the menu needs some revision. When I got there I was told letsbookhotel.com didn't pay for the room and I had to pay for the same room twice.I Would like refund from letsbookhotel.com. This is a corporate hotel. The staff are pleasant but ineffectual. It took 45 minutes to check in because they tried to give us a room without a balcony. Only when we insisted did they find what we had booked. The rooms are stylish but are not user friendly. We much preferred the Fairway hotel in comparison. being moved on second night extension. huge diff in room rate. The check in staff who didn't take a credit card authorization for extras and then the subsequent drama that unfolded everytime we ordered somethin, either room service or from the bar. I hated that the check in staff didn't advise that we needed to get the credit pre authorized to order. The hotel is over-priced. It is not good value for money. I booked for 3 nights, but left after one night to move to another hotel. I was in Kuwait the week before & the price is equal to that in Kuwait, but the Kuwait hotel was better, especialy the bedroom. Overpriced for SA. Beds are too small and uncomfortable. 1) Took over half an hour to check in. 2) The toilet would not flush 3) There was left over old tea in the kettle 4) Rooma where small with poor lighting.
