flat has great location and would be great if properly maintained. Plenty of towels and some provisions left in cupboards. Balcony unclean, pidgeon crap everywhere and feathers etc. Wholly disgraceful! Shower was broken. One of beds had missing lats and had been temporarily? repaired with a piece of 2nd hand hardboard. Don't even listen and believe to this owner and pics of this apartment. Dirtiness and mold all over. Internet and tv not working. Arguments for improvement are nonsense and mission impossible.
