Confortable and large dorms. Many bathrooms and toilets, quite clean. The wi-fi works all over the place and the breakfast is just great (included). The smoking room is always full of people and the bar is quite affordable. Very friendly stuff, I had a booking for 13 beds room, but I wanted to be at lower level bed, so they changed it to 7beds room without any extra charge, the location is amazing, especially if you want to enjoy nightlife!.

Great vibe, basement bar and smoking room were fun - very social. Breakfast was decent and plentiful even if you were a late riser. Very easy to get to by bus from airport. The staff who are off duty are very friendly and helpful Constant buzz in the bar and smoking room Rooms are clean Check out and check in are very on time. Free breakfast Free wifi Stunning atmosphere Friendly people Security cages under beds Good map with interesting pois handed out for Amsterdam. Fun atmosphere, social atmosphere and area by reception/bar, free breakfast, helpful staff, smoking area,. The atmosphere, the cheap drinks and the people! It was also very clean and tre breakfast was good. - Having fun at the bar downstairs. - Fully equiped kitchen and of course clean showers. very friendly staff, cheap, good location, unique interesting place!. the welcoming, the atmosphere, the design, friendliness ... Excelent location, excellent living room area, nice staff. Friendly atmosphere. Loved it. easy way to Museums Receptions staffs are very kind. They don't have elevators. This should only be a problem if you stay on the 4th floor like I did. No mirrors made it difficult for girls to get ready, had to use the only small toilet cubicle on our floor to apply makeup etc. Not so bad in off peak season though. No cage lockers for double bunks, only small locker instead - lucky I had a zip off bag for valuables. Bar was a little expensive Some people in the shared rooms are not up for a laugh, they just want to sleep! :(. Nothing. Had to pay to store luggage in their lockers; narrow staircase to access rooms. Didnt know how to book doble bed. - Fake Smiles from staff - Lack of Camera Angles, to help me find my stolen phone at the flying pig uptown. Stairs lol. nothing. I'm not recommend if you want a normal staying because I don't take Pipes though.
