Very friendly and capable hotel staff, very good value for money overall. The hotel is really close to the center of Ostend and the beach. The Manager and his wife were very friendly. The breakfast could not be faulted. The Dinner was excellent. Comfortable room, nice bathroom. Petit hôtel au charme certain. The room was clean, but it was obvious that the previous visitors had smoked throughout the room + bathroom, which resulted in a horrible "cold cigarette" stench. We have more or less solved this by leaving the window open all day while we were out.
