The accommodation was just excellent. We enjoyed the quiet location of the hotel (off DN1), the impeccably clean and spacious room, the large windows and plentiful bathroom toiletries. The common spaces and SPA facilities were very well-kept. The restaurant and bar (and terrace) downstairs were very nice. All in all, a very pleasant experience . -

The ambiance was really inviting and we felt like we were welcomed since we stepped into the hotel. Great value for money, the 'Miorita' restaurant inside the hotel is amazing, great value as well, amazing food. Staff were great, especially Mr. Eugen who was always joyful and he made our day since breakfast time. Couldn't wish for more .

I liked everything there,the staff were very friendly and helpfully.
Towels were changed daily and everything we asked for was done. I celebrated my anniversary with my husband and they even put rose petals on our bed in the shape of a heart.
If I go back to predeal for another ski holiday ill definitely be going back to the pension Regina again.

We liked the generous space, the design, the view and the kept promise of the noise-proof apartment, the impeccable daily service and also the good food at the restaurant. -
I liked the staff and the comfort of the rooms. Internet was excellent and the restaurant decent as well.
