The hotel was very nice. My room on the 5th floor looked over the pool. The room was a king size room and very spacious. Bed was great, pillows firm. I slept very well all 3 nights. The staff at check in were great and answered my questions later plus called a cab for me. -

... lo que la gente dice » tion. A modern funicular takes you to downtown Guanajuato en 10 minutes, and in 20 steps to the top of a mountain where you can see the whole city. I was amazed by the interior design, practical, functional, clean. Five stars for Balcon del Cielo !! -
The view of the city is beautiful. The staff members are friendly and helpful. Also it was nice to have coffee or tea available in the lobby at all times. Breakfast at the restaurant was great.

The hotel faced a small park that was absolutely in the center of town. The location could not be better.
