Staff were very helpful and friendly.
We had dinner at their restaurant and food was excellent.
The included breakfast was also excellent with a great variety. I would certainly return to this hotel.

This is a 5 star hotel maybe not quite 5 stars compared to some others but nonetheless it was very lovely. Rooms were well appointed and cleaned everyday. The staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant was also very nice. Waling distance to most shops and the subway was just up the road. -

Por estar en viaje de negocios no estuve mucho tiempo en el hotel, pero en mi estadia pude descansar bien, la atencion fue buena y el desayuno tenia lo necesario. Buena relacion precio/calidad, volveria al hotel en otro ocasion sin problema!! -

Apartments are scattered throughout a four tower residential condominium complex in downtown Santiago so good location and good security. Good WiFi and tv reception. Well sound proofed from street noise though neighbours had yapping dogs and crying babies. Minimal kitchen equipment but full size oven, gas hob, microwave and huge fridge. Powerful shower and constant hot water. Token operated laundromat on site.
