We had room 8 and it was very roomy - bedroom, sitting room and a large, remodeled bathroom downstairs (spiral staircase). The bed was very comfortable. There was antique furniture in the place and modern fixtures. Interesting and charming. Breakfast was good and the host was very talkative and friendly. Easy access to the Grand Place, Mannequin Pis and all the shopping.

The house is full of elegant details. Secondly thanks for her care for thinking every detail I would face during your travel and lastly for her delicious breakfast. Visiting Brussels was a great experience for me and this B&B was a great part of it, the lady who owns the place is so nice and friendly, she makes you really feel like you at home. It was very comfortable and cosy, the breakfast table was great, she helped me out with everything I needed, and I would definitely go there again.

Very nice B&B, close to Brussels Midi train station. Owner very pleasant. Room I was in (India Room) was basically an efficiency apartment with fully equipped kitchen and dining table. As it is a B&B, there is not daily room make up. You make your own bed. Free WiFi. Breakfast is continental with pastries, bread, yogurt, cheese, fresh fruit, coffee and juice.

La relación calidad-precio es excelente. Es un piso antiguo, pero está decorado con muebles nuevos.
El dueño del piso es muy amable y atento y además se defiende muy bien hablando español. Eric te hace sentir como si estuvieras visitando a un amigo en Bruselas.

La amabilidad del dueño y el desayuno.
En esta ocasión me alojé en la habitación que tiene baño compartido, pero no tuvimos que compartirlo porque el dueño se fue a pasar la noche a otro piso, ya que solo cuenta con 2 habitaciones y ambas estaban alquiladas.
Volvería a alojarme allí sin duda, porque me gustó mucho la situación de la casa de Eric.

Host is excellent - very helpful! The apartment felt like home - it was comfortable and had a 'lived in' feel - most definitely not like an impersonal hotel. I completely enjoyed the short stay I had, and will most definitely stay here again when next in Brussels. Best wishes, Geoff -

B&B Josaphat is a true gem! The room and bathroom were clean, spacious, very nicely decorated and quiet. The minibar was well-stocked with drinks and there even was a coffeemaker (high quality coffee) and water cooker for tea. It is stylish and modern, very comfortable. The host was very kind, he gave very good advices where to start the sightseeing, were to find good restaurants, shops and chocolatier. It has a mini bibliotheque with tourist guides. The breakfast was very good, you shouldn't miss the pancake made by the host and the freshly made, still hot croissant. I give the highest rate for the host's hospitality and I highly recommend this wonderful B&B.
