Important information to guests

Please note the property will be undergoing refurbishments starting January 8th through December 12, 2016. Please note that during this period three of the six buildings surrounding the pool and beachside vicinity will be active construction areas. While the majority of the work will be interior, Guests should anticipate hearing construction noise related to this project while either on the pool deck or within the vicinity of the beach, Snorkels Bar & Grill, and Lemongrass Restaurant & Bar. Noise will dissipate July through December as finishing touches are added to complete the transformation. In an effort to maintain our transformation schedule, work will occur seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Rest assured, the resorts’ current villas will not be impacted during this time. Taxi service between the resort and the ferry is available upon request. Please note that guests who check out early are required to pay a penalty of 1 night's stay. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
