Good location, right on the shore. If you go out for dinner, it takes just 2-7 minutes to walk to the right hand side (small bars and restaurants) or to the left hand side (bars, restaurants, night market with lots of food and souvenirs). Stuff is friendly but they do not pay too much attention to you if you don't need that. Beach is nice and clean but quite strong waves were present at all time of our stay there. We didn't see any big problem in that one. There is Bai Sao or Sai Bao :) beach w.
all reviews » It occupies a place in a beautiful peaceful lagoon where the sea is always calm. The territory is a beautiful tropical garden. The rooms are comfortable but check if they have new aircon split systems. There are some old ones which are almost falling apart and make such noise you can't sleep. I had yo ask to change for another room because of the airconditioner. The staff is extremely helpful. Very few of them speak English and it is difficult to communicate any issue to them, but when they do . Very nice private beach and swimming pool. Also the restaurant-bar is open 24 hours. Good breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff even though some of them did not speak english at all. Location is great: lots of restaurants and bars near by the hotel and it only takes 10-15 minutes walking to get the fresh fish market. Great location close to Duang Dong and walkable to night markets. Plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. The beach, location,the staff, the garden and the sea. Laundry is expensive. But you can have both 7 times cheaper if you go out of the hotel and cross the road. Practically nothing. Not much English spoken by staff but enough to get by. Bedding not what was requested and description of view a little misleading, very filtered ocean view. The absense of international flights to the "international Phu Quoc airport". wifi signal is bad. you have to sit on the porch for a bit of signal. only accespoints in main buildings which does not cover whole sites. laundry prices. walk accross the street for desent rates. Staff had poor English skills.. Pool side bar not open. There English was poor; Sometimes the sea had been polluted (by a nearby river). Nobody it seemed to be in charge. If the beach bar staff walked the length of their beach every 15 to 20 mins checking if drinks and food were required, they would double their takings that is for sure..!!!!. very bad services; for example bell boy did not help me to carry the bags even the distances from reception desk to room is so far; the sever staff ignored to clear the used plates in breakfast buffet even the restaurant was empty of guest.
