We stayed in the beach bangalow. Very cute, steps away from the beach. Stuff was friendly. Clean beach (some other resorts did not keep theirs as clean). Great location. 20 min walk down the beach to town. Stop be Rory's (left 10 min walk) for a drink and great food (mostly western food). Nice view and environment; breakfast is very delicious. A very good place to relax in Phu Quoc Seaview bungalow is worth of the price.

The beach was so clean and the staff from hotel cleaned grass and beach areas daily. Good silent location close to the seaside, spacious palm-garden with shadow near the beach. Good breakfast. If you walk 200-300 m along the beach you can find many open space restaurants with low prices for fresh seafood. Mosquitoes getting in to the room and biting me. The restaurant is extreme bad. The dinner was like a prisoners food and we got sik the next day. It is because the prices are like 3x higher than usual so the guests do not eat there. The staff is not at all polite like in Vietnam usual. The resort gave itself a 3,5 star range. At thet price we expacted much much more. The value for the money is poor. not clean and hot water in the sea. The breakfast wasn't very good. Orange squash, not pure juice. Tea and coffee poor. No fresh milk only uht for drinks and cereal. Food not covered against flies. Tables not cleaned between guests. Restaurant in hotel shocking - mouldy bread, fries clearly from previous day. Service not good. Overpriced for what it is i.e. no breakfast included (not that you would want it). Hotel poorly maintained and badly managed, rooms not very clean, sheets had a lot of stains, even though it was washed, floor-to-ceiling windows have probably never been washed, hotel staff in general do not care about their guests, very poor breakfast, during my stay most of the hotel guests were Russians who did almost every night loud parties. If you want to relax in peace and quiet - look for another hotel!. The paths to the rooms and bungalows built of granite stone with sharp edges. Stones appear above the grass. One member of our family stumbled and fell face down on the rocks. Greatly injured his nose, lips, gums, and teeth. Very dangerous stone path. Walk on them inconvenient and dangerous.
