I had no idea what to expect from Emeralda but I have to say that as soon as the door to our taxi opened we were welcomed and treated like royalty. The staff were all so happy and always, always smiling. Our suite was absolutely superb with a view of the mountains and privacy that I had not expected from a Resort that was so large. You would never know how many guests were ever actually staying there as each Enclave had about 4-6 suites with a central pool so There was no need to actually go .
