We spent 9 days at Mia Resort in September 2013. The cliff villa is amazing! It's very private and has a breathtaking seaview. There is everything you need for life - wi-fi connection and TV, king-size bed, fridge, outdoor and indoor shower, hamlet, pool, indoor bath, all shampoos and sun lotions, toothbrushes etc., air conditioning and so on. The housekeeping service is very hardworking. So the villas are very cleanly and if you have any minor problems or wishes, the stuff will definitely help.
all reviews » Everything! The resort is amazing, well set out calm and relaxing. For us being on our honeymoon, the fact that the resort is away from Nha Trang was no issue, despite normally liking to be on the go. As well as it being our honeymoon it was my husbands birthday and they made both occasions special. We had a beachfront villa which is Definately worth it, you can swim properly in your own pool and the outdoor shower is fun and luxurious. The Honeymoon spa package was the most luxurious I have ex. We loved the friendliness of the staff as soon as we arrived, and throughout the stay. But was surprised me the most was the fact that, being a 5 Star resort, the hotel does provide a lot of things as complimentary. Overall, it never felt that we needed to pay for everything. It was quite good value for the money spent, and an amazing 4 days spent. The villas are all close to the beach, but the hotel rooms, while further away from the beach, have STUNNING views over the ocean, and also their ow. Absolutely one of the best places I have ever stayed at. Service is the absoulte priority, and everything is immaculate and the attention to detail is stunning. The employees are great, and without any exceptions during the whole stay, they stop their work, and greet you good morning/day/evening, as you pass them, on the way to the spa, private beach, or one of the 2 restaurants which features some really delicious food. The hotel is in a remote and quiet place, and offers a shuttle bus service. For us there was nothing to dislike about this resort, the spa was excellent and affordable and the setting was perfect with it's own private beach. The food was fantastic and the staff from the managers to the gardeners were very polite, well mannered and helpfull. The resort provides it's own shuttle transport into nearby Nha Trang which is very good and a transport service around the site by way of golf buggies that are on call 24/7. There isn't a lot that has not been thought about in givin. Everything! The whole resort was just magnificent. The rooms were very spacious and had a great view. The staff were super friendly and this was evident from the momement we arrived at the hotel. Special mention for Tinh (not sure of I spelt it right) who works at the pool, he was extremely polite, outgoing and a true hard worker. The breakfast buffet was brilliant, we looked forward for it everyday. The pool was good. The gym was limited if you are weight lifter but served its purpose and it w. Everything was just perfect from the day we arrived until we left. Facilities, rooms, staff, food simply amazing. Me and my girlfriend both work in the hospitality industry and we would say that it is really difficult nowadays to find a place with such a focus on details and such a good value for money. We would like also to thank Cindy and Veronika for their suggestions and for making us feel at home. We would certainly recommend MIA. The hotel run a limited shuttle service but we only used it once as we preferred to stay at the hotel which meant we were very limited for eating out or just popping out for a drink. The hotel has no other bars or resturants near it. Nothing to dislike!. - Location - Quite expensive - Cockroaches spotted in our bedroom (which is normal I guess in a tropical country). May be a bit boring if your young, bit far from the town. It is far from the city but they have free shuttle bus to Nha Trang. Overall we are very happy with this resort will be back for sure!. nothing. The location is a bit far from the city though but if you dont care about going to the city that is fine. Still far from the exelence, some personal don't speak english, the boufet for luch is short and they don't replace a dish once is finish, small thinks that have to improve. Sometimes the staff came to check some thing around the room or water the grass. It would be better if the guests know when they come to avoid potential embarrassment. Also, when they were there they looked at the room (probably innocent habit) and that caused uncomfortable feeling. Better shuttle bus hours would be good Not much to do if you are not a young romantic couple. no dislikes. Food is less than average. If you charge 5 star prices you need to supply a 5 star product! Muesli was prison slop. Too much oil on dishes. Overpriced and not supplying the meal how it says it is on the menu. People answering phones didnt understand English well enough to help.
