Good food, cosy environment, reasonable room and food charges. Unreasonable charging for unexpected details that caused negative feelings to the tenants: forcing the guests to compensate for filthy towels after use ??? (how to assess the dirtiness of towel?), forcing the guests to pay for mineral water unintentionally put into fridger and frozen? forcing the guests to pay for a ceramic disk which botom was sctratched (should the tenanst check all the disks' botoms upon their check in?).
